Terms of Service

GENERAL

• Please provide as much detail as possible when placing your order, including references, design ideas, color palettes, expressions, poses, and any other relevant information.
• Clear communication helps ensure the best possible result.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission request that I am not comfortable with or that falls outside my skill set.

REVISIONS

• Unlimited revisions are available during the sketch phase.
• Minor revisions, such as color adjustments, accessories, or small changes, are free throughout the process.
• Once a stage has been approved and work has moved forward, major revisions to previous stages may incur additional fees.

DEADLINES & DELIVERY

• Estimated delivery times may vary depending on project complexity and current queue.
• If any unexpected delays occur, I will keep you informed throughout the process.

USAGE RIGHTS

• The final artwork may be used for personal use, streaming, VTubing, content creation, and social media.
• Commercial use must be discussed beforehand if applicable.
• I reserve the right to display the artwork in my portfolio, social media, and commission showcases unless otherwise agreed upon.

PAYMENT AND REFUND REGULATION

PAYMENT

PAYMENT RULES
• All payments are processed through PayPal invoice / PayPal Goods & Services.
• Full payment is required before work begins, unless a stage-based payment plan has been agreed upon.
• A stage-based payment plan is available upon request. Each stage will be invoiced separately through PayPal.
• For stage-based payments, each stage must be paid in advance before work on that stage begins. For example:
- Sketch invoice paid → sketch work begins
- Lineart / render invoice paid → lineart or rendering work begins
- Final invoice paid → final files are delivered
• Work will be paused until the next PayPal invoice has been paid and the payment is marked as completed.
• Final high-resolution files, source files, Live2D files, or final model files will only be delivered after the final payment has been completed.
• Any custom request, additional revision, extra asset, commercial usage, rush order, or work outside the original agreed scope may require an additional PayPal invoice.
• If the client decides to cancel the project, completed and already-paid stages are non-refundable. Unpaid future stages will not be charged.
• The client is responsible for reviewing and confirming each stage before moving forward. Once a stage has been approved and the next stage has started, major changes to previous stages may require an additional fee.
• All files will be delivered digitally through the agreed platform, email, or file-sharing link. Delivery proof and communication records may be kept for payment and dispute documentation.

REFUND POLICY

• Refunds are handled based on the current stage of the project.
• A full refund is available if work has not yet started.
• A partial refund may be provided if work has begun but is not yet completed.
• No refunds will be issued once the project is near completion or has been fully completed and delivered.
• If you need to cancel a project, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss the best solution.
